T&Cs:
* The Promotion period is from 2 January 2025 to 30 December 2025 (both dates inclusive).
* Payment must be charged to a Trust Bank Credit/Debit Card.
* Valid for dine-in and takeaway (where applicable), but not for delivery.
* Minimum spend requirements exclude service change and prevailing government taxes (GST).
* Not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, privileges or vouchers.
* Not valid on eves of and on public holidays and other blackout dates and festivals as determined by the restaurant.
* Only one redemption is allowed per bill per table. Splitting or combining of bills and/or tables is strictly not allowed.
* Trust's and Creative Eateries’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion
and is final and binding on all participants.
* Trust shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products
and/or services provided by third parties and Trust shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage
or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or
performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Creative Eateries.
* Trust and Creative Eateries reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or
terminate the Promotion.
